Despite the current circumstances, the food was fresh, hot and tasty. A compliment to the staff who have to work under these circumstances.

Order placed no receipt then received a wrong order everything is half as bad but I saw that no employee wears a mask despite the small distance what is that? We also sent our friends over and they also had wrong additions in the order, I'm sorry that can happen once and not permanently until now is the worst Mc Donalds I have ever visited about the burger quality (we don't need to talk about side dishes) And another thing the guy who takes the orders says, yes that happens MALER ... '' Dirty laugh, I see straight away that it is deliberate or that they just don't feel like it anymore? Then you should think about a termination? I hope this reads a leadership position here The incident took place on December 4th, 2020 at around 11 p.m. Bad performance for a McDonalds ...

Food is often cold (also in the restaurant) we often go to the Mc Drive, lately something has always been missing ... it is best to always check before you drive. It annoys you immensely if you are not full at home because of forgotten orders!

Very good drive in. It's faster here than with many others. Food is just McD. What do you expect? But if it has to be quick, then stop here.

The quality has dropped a lot, the burgers are dry, don't taste fresh at all, and some of the staff are unfriendly. You have to ask for a cup holder every time, then your eyes are turned. I regret it so much that I went back earlier. It was definitely my last time.

Hygiene concept implemented to 100% and otherwise just as always .. Something is always missing on the tablet and the fries are like spaghetti that has been cooked too long ..

Our favorite McDonalds. The best staff, always enough seats. Generally very practical and convenient.

Usually always clean and the food fits 99.9% of the time. The staff are very friendly and mostly very humorous.

Just been to Mc Drive ... We haven't had our food that fast for a long time. That's what I call fast food. Keep it up. Top.

It's a McDonald's. The terminals allow you to minimize contact with employees. Which is an advantage for the individual on some days.

Terrible service, no one speaks English, I ask for McFlurry and they gave me ice-cream with a few pieces of oreo, not even mixed, ask for an hamburger with no sauce, they gave me with sauce, ask for a happy meal with nuggets and they gave me extra 4 nuggets, of course they charge me those unwanted nuggets, now I realize why burger King is better

Best and fastest McDonalds I have ever visited so far! About 10 cars in front of the drive in and yet my order in the restaurant did not take 5 minutes! The Losheim branch can cut a huge slice of it! They are already overwhelmed when more than 2 people enter the restaurant🤦‍♂️

Well, you can't talk about friendliness. You get the feeling that you don't feel like working and you feel a bit like a burden. Not good.

They make the opening times as they want. The internet says it's open and you go there and it's closed. Then you get angry looks. You really notice that you are out of place here. Better to avoid this place.

This branch doesn't have the same quality as the others. The sandwiches are badly done and have a bad presentation. There no options for family and few toys for happy meal.

I don't hate it but sometimes the burgers don't toast like they are cooked correctly, and a dangerous door stop on door to terrace, in the space of 5 miniuts 3 people tripped over it including a child who was very close to hitting his head on the edge of bench

Nice atmosphere with WiFi, alot of parking space and children playing space upstairs you can even order you food on a self order automation and take the number of your order to your seat and it will be delivered by the staffs to when it's ready.

Nice sunny day breazy location, exact place for a sunny day.

MacDonald's good standard when it comes to service and general cleanliness. Not getting 5 stars because the outside smoking area is the sane place where parents and kids have to sit if the kids age playing in the play area.

Small place for the ordering area especially during rush hour (dining table) but served impressively quickly once paid. It changes to the "slow" McDonald's that I'm used to see.
